*Conditions of Booking:

If you are unable to attend a course, a substitute participant may attend in your place at no extra charge.
If you cancel your registration more than 5 working days prior to your course, your registration fee is refundable in full.
If you cancel your registration less than 5 working days prior to the course, a cancellation fee applies (50% of course cost).
If your reschedule your course date 5 or more working days prior to your original booking, no penalty applies.
If your reschedule your course date less than 5 working days prior to your original booking a $110 processing fee applies.
